We love to refurbish and renovate spaces. Whether its a full on property refurbishment or a new swanky guest cloakroom, a luxury bathroom/shower room, a newly fitted kitchen, refreshing rooms with coat of paint and some wallpaper or giving external facades a facelift, we have a team of highly skilled tradesmen to carry out all types of work.

Adding a false wall with an LED lit alcove in a bathroom, modernising a staircase with glass panels, maximising space with the use of pocket door systems, creating an ensuite shower room in a bedroom or a guest cloakroom under a staircase, installing a steam room in a bathroom, converting a room into a gym, building coffered ceilings to provide mood lighting, kitting out a games room or cinema room.

No matter how crazy the idea is, we have carried out all of the above examples – and more. The options are endless and we will make it happen! The end result, of breathing new life into a tired or unused space, is the reason why we are so passionate about what we do. We treat every home/space, as if its our own and our attention to detail speaks for itself.

Things can go wrong and unforeseen issues can arise -unfortunately its not uncommon within the building/construction industry. That’s why, forming a solid relationship between the contractor and client, is key to a successful project and something that we always strive to achieve.

Regardless of the project size, as part of our service package, we project manage all our work in-house, at no additional charge to you. By overseeing and managing the project, we aim to take away the stress and hassle of you having to speak to numerous contractors/company’s on subjects you may be unfamiliar / inexperienced with and minimising the possibilities of errors and missed communications.

We have an in-house team of architects/structural engineers and can commission the design/build of your project.  Our team can also assist with the submission of planning applications, permitted development applications and LTA’s (licenses to alter).

For any works that are required to be carried out under a building notice or full plans application, we can arrange a quotation for you via one of our private building control partners and are happy to complete all the appropriate application paperwork.

Should any building works be subject to a PWA (party wall agreement), we can commission one of our PW surveyor partners, to assist you.

We work alongside a number of trusted and bona fide sub contractors. Our electricians are NICEIC registered and our plumbers are GasSafe registered. We are equally happy to work with a client’s choice professionals and 3rd party sub contractors, when required. We are fully insured (PL & EL) and also have additional contract works insurance.
